 Monotony Divided
Back to Full Blog

Yes, I've written verse for the whole series, "If Only I Could Be The Quilter's - needle. thread. fabric and quilt. I've decided to give you all a break and divide the monotony a bit. So, today I just want to share my feelings as a result of that, being owned by the quilter, thought process. By the end of the last verse, it made me feel like my being satisfied wasn't! As though really beinig satisfied is something very fragile and temporary in most cases. Any thughts?
Just one more thing. I was checking out potentinal book publishing companies when I ran across the one that claims to have a wider worldwide distribution network. I think I spotted a clever!

GRandpa John = I think I may have already answered this in the comment I left in response to your comment back to me from yesterday's post. I do not think that our satisfaction will be complete until we are welcomed home by the Master - and therein He will place that last perfecting touch!!!! June

GJ,

I know you will do your research - however, several people here found out that getting published is a big issue. You might want to head to Lucy and check out her interview with Joe who is a published author and his experiences.

Thanks for the advice ron, it is very helpful. I'm looking to publish only a handfull of not for profit paperbacks for my own enjoyment. I want to wrap the collection of my more popular blogs and some of my out of nowhere oneliners (Temporary mood adjusters) along with some original poetry inside a book that I can grab off a shelf. Right now I'm planning to publish enough copies with LU Lu publishing to supply family and friends. It looks like I'll be able to have Lu Lu publish units by demand, a minimum of one book at a time if desired, for less than $10.00 per unit. The book "What do I see when a tree looks at me?" is still deep inside the playing field. Thanks again for your concern, I really appreciate that!
